RETURN

Returns or exchanges are possible if NUSS has delivered a product that does not match the description or quality. Returns can be made within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order. For a return to be accepted, the product must be clean, undamaged, and with the original labels attached. Any product that is not in the same condition as when it was purchased will not be accepted for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days to the account you provided.
