JIA ''Fall in Textile'', Reg. No. 40203315272, Legal Address - Matīsa iela 78A, Rīga, LV-1009, hereina referred to as the online store, provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the following Terms of Use.

General Terms
When a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” and other relevant laws.

Making a Purchase
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are listed next to the products.
To make a purchase, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill out all necessary fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total order cost, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the purchase payment to finalize your order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency for payments on the website is Euro. Purchases can be paid using the following payment methods, provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
- Estonian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Lithuanian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
- Finnish internet bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When using internet banking as a payment method, please confirm the order and click the "Return to Merchant" button.
Personal data required for payment processing will be transmitted to the licensed payment institution, Maksekeskus AS.
The contract becomes effective upon the successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the notification is received.
4. Delivery Terms
The order processing time is 2-5 days from the moment of payment. We do not keep large stock quantities, so most orders are processed individually.
The delivery of goods by "NUSS" is provided through SIA "Omniva" or SIA "DPD Latvia." Delivery costs will be automatically calculated after the order is placed.
We offer standard free shipping for all purchases over €60 within Latvia, via "Omniva," "DPD," or "Latvijas Pasts."
Free shipping with postal services is available for international orders over €100.
For Lithuania and Estonia, free shipping with "Omniva," "DPD," or "Latvijas Pasts" is available for purchases over €100.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have mandatory withdrawal rights, in which case the reason must be clearly stated and explained.) The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product may only be used for its intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the product’s quality and safety during the withdrawal period. If the product is misused, damaged, or not handled with care during use, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the reduction in the product's value.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@nussofficial.com within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the Distance Contract within 14 days.
The seller has the right to withhold payment until the goods or proof of return have been received from the buyer. If the buyer has chosen a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest option offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.
The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or any failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of goods from the buyer if the price stated on the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
The online store is responsible for any non-conformity of the goods sold to the buyer or defects that arise within 6 months from the date of delivery to the customer, or that were present at the time of delivery, if such an assumption does not contradict the nature of the goods or defect. The buyer must inform the seller of the non-conformity without delay, within 2 months after discovering it, i.e., by submitting a complaint. The buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store via email at info@nussofficial.com.
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the seller is responsible, the buyer has the right to request the correction of the defects or an exchange for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the seller will refund all payments under the Distance Contract. The seller will respond in writing to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data provided by the buyer during the order process, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The online store shares personal data with transport service providers to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including updates, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and the latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when subscribing to marketing communication. The buyer has the option to opt out of marketing communications by notifying us at info@nussofficial.com.
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller agree to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
The parties will resolve any disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the parties will resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian law. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer has the right to also address the dispute to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
